I want you to absolutely love your new stitch markers! Every single piece is made by me with a lot of love and a little bit of sparkle. If something isn't quite right with your order, I’m here to help fix it.
Returns
Because these are delicate, handmade items, I accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your markers must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Broken Items
Life happens, and mail trucks can be bumpy! If your stitch markers arrive damaged or break during transit, please let me know right away. Send a photo of the damaged item to me via the Contact Page within 7 days of delivery, and I will happily send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Custom Orders & Sale Items
- Custom Sets: Because custom orders are dreamed up and made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
